VIZIO E701I A3 Distorted Picture Or No Picture

TV will turn on, you can see the backlight but no picture. Sometimes picture is there but distorted or have lines

Solutions:

Replacing T-con board fixed the problem but not for long. After 10 minutes problem returned, meaning that T-con was bad again. The problem is defective LED Panel. This panel is made by Sharp, they had a lot of issues with their 60",65" and 70" panels

Had 65" Vizio with the same problem. Turned out to be a defective LCD Panel. What a piece of junk!
